His tenure at Flint Hill Christian saw the athletic department win six state championships and numerous area and region titles. Before entering into education, Worthington spent five years in theme park management. His diverse background in athletic administration, as well as previous experience in business operations, led Worthington to be an ideal candidate to fill the role for the Tigers athletic department.

"I am excited to begin this new chapter in my life and thank Coach Moorer and Dr. Millett for the opportunity," said Worthington. "I hope to build on the already rich tradition that exists at Stillman, and look forward to working closely with all of our coaches and athletes to promote Tiger athletics."

Worthington is a native of McCalla, AL and is a 2004 graduate of McAdory High School. He earned a B.S. in Education from Liberty University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
