Coppin State basketball forward Greg Hamond (Sewell, N.J./Washington Township H.S.), who informed the coaching staff in May that he planned to transfer, will remain at the college.
Hamond, who will be a junior, played in 16 games last season, averaging 2.1 points and 1.0 rebounds. He transferred to Coppin after one season at Boston University.
