MEAC PLAYERS OF THE WEEK PLAYERS RON WILLIAMSON, Sr., G, Howard, Columbus, OH - Williamson had school-record 52 points (16-22 FG, 11-14 3FG, 9-11 FTs) 8 assists and 2 steals in win over NC A&T. The 52 set a new MEAC record,11 3-pointers tied the mark Williamson set against Georgetown in 2000. The 52 were the most scored by a Division I player this season and the most in three years. MANDY CLARK, So., G, DelState, Baltimore, MD - In two wins, totalled 50 points and seven steals. Finished with 24 vs. Morgan State including six of ten from behind the arc. Added a career-high 26 vs. UMES. ROOKIE NAJMAH FAUNTLEROY, Fr., F, DelState - In two wins, had total of 27 points and 22 rebounds. She had 13 points and 8 rebounds against Morgan State and 14 points and 14 rebounds against UMES. DAKIN BRADDICK, Fr., G, SC State, Charleston, SC - In wins over DelState and Howard, totalled 24 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 blocks. He made 10-12 field goals. He finished with 11 points against DelState and 13 points vs. Howard. SWAC PLAYERS OF THE WEEK PLAYERS TIM HENDERSON, Sr., G, Jackson State, Jackson, MS - Scored 40 points in a 97-94 loss to Grambling State, a league high for the season. Playing 31 minutes, Henderson also snared seven rebounds, one steal and one assist. AMIE WILLIAMS, 6-7, Jr., C, Jackson State, Cleveland, OH - Scored 23 points with 13 rebounds, 3 assists and 6 blocks in 64-50 win over Grambling.
