12 rebounds, in Monday's win over Morehead State, the Tigers third OVC win in a row.

L'Teisha Holloway, ALABAMA STATE - Scored 16 points and pulled down 8 rebounds
as the Lady Hornets knocked off Jackson State 60-45 on Monday night. ASU also beat
Grambling State Monday to move to 2-0 in SWAC play,
tied atop the conference with Southern and Alabama A&M.
INDEPENDENT PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
ANGEL STEVENS, Jr., F, CHEYNEY, Bensalem, PA -
Averaged a double-double, 15.5 points and 11.5 rebounds, in two
wins. She has 16 points and 14 rebounds vs. Slippery Rock and 15 points, 9 boards vs.
Mercy hurst.
