BCSP Notes . . .

A Superior Court judge in Greensboro, N.C., has ordered a lawsuit against the Mid Eastern Athletic Conference and its' marketing partner, New Vision Sports Properties, to go forward. The suit, brought in March by Integrated Sports Media (ISM), a media production company that televised MEAC games in the 2004 football season, alleges breach of contract for monies owed, unfair and deceptive trade practices and fraud. Attorneys for the MEAC and NVSP on Aug. 4 sought to have the suit dismissed but Judge Henry Frye, Jr., in his order issued on Sept. 14 denied those motions.
