OFFENSE
STEVE McNAIR, 6-2, 235, QB, Tennessee (10th year, Alcorn State) Completed 25 of 39 passes for 273 yards and one interception, and rushed for a one-yard TD in loss to Indianapolis. "We had a chance to really put this game away early," McNair said. "We didn't. Any time we have another team like Indianapolis stay in it with Peyton at the helm, you're asking to get beat."

DEFENSE
BRENT ALEXANDER, 5-11, 200, S, New York Giants (11th year, TENNESSEE STATE) - Two tackles, one assist and two interceptions, part of seven turnovers the Giants got in a win over Washington. "I never played in a game like this. The way we continued getting turnovers was somewhat shocking," said Alexander.
