OFFENSE 
TROY HAMBRICK, 6-1, 233, RB, Dallas (4th year, SAVANNAH STATE) - Overcame losing two fumbles to rush 21 times for 100 yards and two second quarter TDs (2 and 1 yards) in win over Washington. It was Hambrick's second 100-yard game of the year, fourth of his career.

DEFENSE 
ASHLEY AMBROSE, 5-10, 190, DB, New Orleans (12th year, MISSISSIPPI VALLEY STATE) - Only one tackle, but had two interceptions, the second one returned 73 yards for a fourth quarter touchdown that put the Saints up 14-0, en route to a 17-14 win over defending champion Tampa Bay. His first pick set up the Saints first TD. It was the 38th pick of Ambrose's career and third time he's returned a pick for a TD.

  • JERRY RICE, 6-2, 200, WR, Oakland (19th year, MISSISSIPPI VALLEY STATE) - Led the Raiders with eight receptions for 71 yards in loss to Detroit.
