MEAC Announces Football TV Schedule

Greensboro, NC -- The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) has released its 1999 football television package. All games will kick off at 12:07 PM (EST) on Home Team Sports (HTS) and a national cable distribution via America One. Check with your local cable operator or satellite dish provider for channel information.

  • September 11 - MORGAN STATE UNIVERSITY at BETHUNE-COOKMAN COLLEGE
    Bears travel to the sunshine state seeking redemption from last season’s 25-20 loss against the ‘98 McDonald’s Heritage Bowl representative.
  • October 2 - N.C. A&T STATE UNIVERSITY at NORFOLK STATE UNIVERSITY
    New Spartan Head Coach Mo Forte will prepare his team to battle an Aggie squad he once led to a MEAC Championship.
  • October 9 - FLORIDA A&M UNIVERSITY at HOWARD UNIVERSITY
    The scoreboard lights up when these two pass-oriented teams meet. Last season’s 69-41 shoot-out, resulted in a FAMU victory.
  • October 16 - HAMPTON UNIVERSITY at NORFOLK STATE UNIVERSITY
