Morehouse to host Div II Regional Track Championship

Morehouse College will host the NCAA Division II South Region Track and Field Championships, Saturday, May 3, at the Edwin Moses Track at B.T. Harvey Stadium.
 The one-day meet will feature the best runners, jumpers and throwers from colleges and universities in the South Region, which includes the SIAC, as well as the Atlantic Sun and Sunshine State conferences. Several independent schools will also be represented.
Teams and individual student-athletes will be looking to qualify for the Division II National Championships, scheduled for May 22-24, in Mount San Antonion College, CA.
Free and open to the public, the meet will begin at 10 a.m.
