Howard University Makes Change In Football
Schedule

Howard University announces that there will be a change in the
2006 football schedule. The game between the Bison and Savannah
State, scheduled for September 30 in Savannah, GA, has been replaced
by Fort Valley State on that same date and the site will be at
Greene Stadium with kickoff at 1 p.m.
 It will be the first meeting between Howard and the Wildcats
from the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Howard
will also take on Division 1-A Rutgers from the Big East
for the first time. That game is scheduled for September
23 at Rutgers. The time has yet to be determined.
The Bison will take on the Bears of Morgan State for homecoming
on October 14 at 1 p.m.
