Florida A&M unveils 2005 Football Schedule
Slate features full MEAC lineup, plus Classics against B-CC, USF, FIU and Tennessee State

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Florida A&M University has announced its 2005 football schedule, a lineup which features a full Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference slate, plus four Classic games.

•The Rattlers will have four home games at Bragg Memorial Stadium in 2005, beginning with the season opener September 3 against Delaware State.

FAMU will also host Howard University on September 17; Norfolk State on October 22 and North Carolina A&T on November 5.

•The 2005 Classic Lineup features a return to Tampa September 10 against South Florida at Raymond James Stadium; back-to-back dates in the Bank of America Atlanta Football Classic against Tennessee State on September 24 and in Miami in the FAMU/FIU Orange Blossom Classic against Florida International on October 1; plus the Walt Disney World Florida Classic XXVI, presented by State Farm featuring Bethune-Cookman in Orlando on November 19.

The rest of the FAMU Road Schedule in 2005 will see the Rattlers head to Orangeburg, S.C. to face South Carolina State on October 15; trek to Baltimore, Md. to tangle with Morgan State on October 29; and to Hampton, Va. to face Hampton University on November 12.
