McIver,
Bozier and Hodge lead nine new inductees into Morgan State Hall
of Fame
July 15, 2002
Morgan State University will induct nine new members into its
Athletic Hall of Fame on Saturday, October 5, 2002 at 12:00 pm
at the Forum Banquet Hall in West Baltimore. The luncheon will
be followed by a half-time presentation at the Morgan State-Bethune
Cookman football game in Hughes Stadium that evening.
Heading the list of inductees are three current Morgan State
Athletic employees: Long-time Sports Information Director and
member of the University’s only NCAA National Championship team
– Joe McIver, (Basketball - 1975); The school’s head volleyball
coach and member of the American record producing 4 X 100 relay
team – Ramona Riley-Bozier, (Track and Field, Volleyball - 1987)
and; the school’s current Head Track and Field Coach and holder
of several Morgan and track and field sprint records – Neville
Hodge (Track and Field – 1979).
The entire 2002 Morgan State University Athletic Hall of Fame

The Varsity M Club, the fund-raising organization for the MSU
