Stillman men rebound against Oakwood

TUSCALOOSA---Terrance Gordon scored 13 points and grabbed a game
high 10 rebounds, leading Stillman to an 84-70 victory over the
Oakwood College Ambassadors. With this win Stillman improves to
a 3-8 mark.
Jay Brown led all scorers with 29 points. Lawrence Perry followed
with 12 points and David Faulkner added 11.
Taras Cheatham scored 12 points for Stillman and Karle Lacey recorded
10 points.
Stillman held a slim 32-25 half time lead. Both teams shot well
from the floor. Oakwood made 58 percent of its field goal attempts
and Stillman connected on 56 percent of its shots. Both teams
made 33 percent of their three point attempts.
Stillman will host Southern University (New Orleans) Tuesday,
Jan. 14 in Birthright Gymnasium. Tip off is scheduled for 7:30
p.m. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 yrs and
under.
