WSSU Announces Finalists For Women's Basketball Coaching Position

Winston-Salem, NC - Winston-Salem State University has announced a list of four finalists who will be interviewed to fill the vacant position of head women's basketball coach. The search committee, headed by Director of Athletics Dr. Chico Caldwell, will interview two candidates this afternoon and the other two finalists on Monday, with plans of announcing the new head coach by Wednesday, April 17.

The four finalists include: Wray Cannaday - Assistant Head Coach, Wake Forest University; John Williams - Head Coach, Selma University; Joli Robinson - Head Coach, North Carolina Central University; and Daphane Thompson - Head Coach, Hartwick College.
